    1. Mono-Tube Dampers with External Reservoirs At the heart of the system is a high-performance mono-tube damper design. This architecture provides superior heat dissipation and prevents oil aeration under extreme use, ensuring fade-free, consistent performance throughout a demanding track session. The massive 45mm main piston, housed in a precision-machined STKM13C steel body, allows for incredibly precise and responsive damping characteristics.

    2. Professional 2-Way Damping Adjustment This system offers an exceptionally broad and fine-tunable range of adjustment. With independent, multi-click controls for both rebound and compression damping, you have the granular control required to optimize the chassis for any circuit, tyre compound, or weather condition. This level of precision allows a driver to dial-in the perfect balance, shaving critical seconds from lap times.

    3. Billet Top Mounts & Spherical Bearings To ensure every input is transmitted directly to the chassis, the system includes top mounts precision CNC-machined from solid A6061 billet aluminum. The integrated, heavy-duty spherical bearings eliminate the vague feeling and deflection of factory rubber bushings, providing unfiltered feedback and an instantaneous response to steering inputs.

    4. Track-Proven Spring Configuration Out of the box, the system comes standard with springs specified to match the legendary NA2 NSX-R, a setup revered for its perfect balance of aggression and control. The springs are forged from high-tensile SAE9254 chromium steel to eliminate sagging and ensure consistent rates over their lifetime. Custom spring rates are available by request to suit specific vehicle weights and applications.

    5. Advanced Material & Build Quality

    • Plug-in Nitrogen Reservoirs: Machined from lightweight A6061 aluminum and anodized for protection, the external reservoirs are not passive cylinders. Their design actively promotes circulation and heat dissipation to keep damper temperatures stable.
    • Progressive Bump Stops: High-density polyurethane (PU) bump stops provide a controlled, progressive response to full suspension compression, protecting the dampers from harsh impacts far more effectively than simple rubber stops.
