Engineering & Performance Breakdown

1. High-Performance Mono-Tube Dampers The foundation of the kit is a sophisticated mono-tube damper design. Featuring a large 45mm internal piston, these dampers provide incredibly stable and consistent performance, offering a direct and communicative feel for the road while capably absorbing imperfections.

2. Refined Damping Adjustment (30-Way Rebound) We've focused the adjustment on what matters most for versatile performance: rebound control. A single, intuitive 30-click adjuster utilizes a precision needle valve, providing a linear and predictable way to dial-in the car's stability and feel. This allows you to easily stiffen the response for a track day or soften it for a long tour, all without the complexity of a multi-way race system.

3. Billet Top Mounts with Uprated Bushings To enhance steering precision without sacrificing comfort, the top mounts are CNC-machined from solid A6061 billet aluminum. We've incorporated uprated solid rubber bushings, similar in design to those on the NSX-R, which significantly reduce the deflection of the soft factory mounts. This sharpens steering feel while effectively isolating the cabin from the noise and vibration associated with full spherical bearings.

4. Reduced Unsprung Weight In the pursuit of performance, the lower wishbone mounts are machined from lightweight A6061 aluminum instead of stainless steel like used in the most common NSX coilovers. This reduces critical unsprung mass, allowing the suspension to react more quickly to the road surface, which improves both grip and ride quality.

• Proven Spring Configuration: The system comes standard with spring rates matching the highly-acclaimed NSX Type-S specification. The springs are forged from high-tensile SAE9254 steel to prevent sagging and ensure consistency. Softer or harder (NSX-R) rates are available by request.
• All-Weather Durability: All threaded shock bodies are treated with a specialized Fluorine coating to prevent rust and ensure the adjustment collars never seize.
